Spirit Lake Nation suspends referendum on liquor sales at casino (May 17, 2017) Alcohol is coming to the casino owned by the Spirit Lake Nation in North Dakota. Voters overwhelmingly approve the sale of liquor at the Spirit Lake Casino and Resort, The Fargo Forum reported. The tally was 588 in favor and 311 against, according to the certified results.
